What is harder is alignment: helping people see the same problem, commit to the same next move, and actually make it happen.
That is where I come in.
I’m Sajeeta Saroop. I work on the engagement side of strategy: helping groups move from “we should do something” to “this is what we are doing next.”
I came up through market research, then spent years leading marketing and communications and sitting on leadership teams where decisions had to be made, explained, defended, and delivered.
My work sits where complexity needs to become clear. I help organizations think through strategy, shape practical plans, distill large amounts of information, and turn messy or sensitive issues into language people can understand, trust, and act on.
What I bring is attention, speed, and judgment. I read people and dynamics quickly, get up to speed in new sectors fast, and can usually see where the room is stuck before people have found the words for it.
That is what Actionable Intelligence means to me: insight that arrives in time to be useful, translated into a clear plan, message, or decision people can act on.
I’m based in The Hague and work with public sector, nonprofit, and corporate clients across Canada and the Netherlands.

HELPING PEOPLE ALIGN AND MOVE FORWARD
I contracted Sajeeta to work with our team to accomplish several goals. First, I needed a skilled facilitator that could work with a diverse team with strategic and complex goals. We needed to have a clear strategic plan, create a high performance team and navigate complex political issues.
