I’m Sajeeta Saroop, a Canadian strategist based in The Hague. I've built my career helping organizations understand complex challenges, decide what matters most and turn that understanding into action.
I started in market research and developed into leadership and advisory roles across public services, nonprofits, education and international businesses. I’ve worked with executive teams, boards and colleagues across disciplines, bringing together strategy, communications, stakeholder engagement and organizational improvement.
I enjoy making sense of things. That starts with listening, asking questions and understanding the people behind an issue. From there, I help identify priorities, develop workable plans and communicate a clear direction.
I also understand what it takes to follow through. My experience includes business planning, performance reporting, governance and managing change. I help teams connect their everyday work with wider goals, understand their progress and address what’s getting in the way.
Organizations I’ve worked with include BC Hydro, BC Rapid Transit, TransLink, Shell, Unilever, Hotelschool The Hague, the Canadian Cancer Society and Muscular Dystrophy Canada.
I’m particularly drawn to work with a social purpose: strengthening communities, improving public services and helping organizations make a positive difference.

HELPING PEOPLE ALIGN AND MOVE FORWARD
I contracted Sajeeta to work with our team to accomplish several goals. First, I needed a skilled facilitator that could work with a diverse team with strategic and complex goals. We needed to have a clear strategic plan, create a high performance team and navigate complex political issues.
